ShCR Learning Zone

What is the ShCR Learning Zone

It is an interactive digital space for anyone working across the UK for a Shared Care Record Programme with the key aims being;

• Share learning from our 3 constituent shared care record programmes:
• • Wessex Care Records (WCR)
  • Dorset Care Record (DCR)
  • The Care and Health Exchange (CHIE)

 

• Including lessons learned to help other ShCR programmes
• Introduce learning networks to try to facilitate sharing with and learning from other Programmes/Groups
• Use multiple communication channels to share learning
